I work in the IT profession, and wanted a pet. My father introduced me as a child to a tank, and I felt it was a good chance now to get back into the hobby.

Advice:
Start bigger. Smaller aquariums are harder to take care of, and can turn off your hobby, but if it doesn't you'll be wanting a bigger tank anyway.

Biggy (kids named him) a 4" comet fish to my knowledge. The pet store was not sure what he was. I did my research. Blue a male beta. Colors and Goldy, 2 pretty goldfish with flowing fins and tail. The 3 stooges ( Kissing Gourami's) and than 4 mollies and 2 guppies. We are now down to one, Biggy.

No real plants or coral.

i got into the hobby when i was younger, but i joined the Army and sold my 80 gal tank..After my tour to iraq i needed something to calm me and keep my active from my ptsd so now i have a 29gal, and a 5.5 gal in service now...i have a 10 gal, 5.5 gal and a 55 gal in storage...

2 kissing gouramis, loach (small white snake looking), 2 corys, 4 zebra danios had 10 but recent problems killed them, and a 7-8" pleco I want to trade for neon's , more danios, and an indian algea eater (also lost one of those after I thought tank was doing well)
