Take your time, Rush anything and it could all go wrong, and whatever you do, dont overfeed!!
Description:
A 48" x 12" x 18" Freshwater tank that I have owned for just over 8 months now. Standard Daylight lighting on a timer which switches over to moonlight LED blue lights at the night time. Standard Fluval filtration pump and air bubbles.
A New layout for my tank. Wanted to incorporate a rock layout in the centre, Ive tried to achieve it as best as I can. The fish seem to like it. If you have any ideas or suggestions please leave a comment, Thanks for looking.

I got a 3 gallon tank for my sons birthday. I ended up getting about 3 more tanks within a year untill I settled on this one. This tank has been running for about a year now.

Advice:
two things: 1st, don't clean your filters to much. Let them do their job, but do weekly water changes. I clean filters about once a month with tank water. 2nd, Over filter your tank if possible.
