Description: I recentley upgraded to a 55 Gallon tank from a 29 gallon due to the fact that my Koi fish couldn't move around...Now he's loving the big tank. We have a 30-60 filteration that keeps it cleaner longer.. also thanks to our airstones because Gold fish are kind of messy! I fond that if you own a tank the easy way to clean it is with a suction pump & old fashion bucket. As for decor we went with our living room theme of asian decor...pagondas...temples....great walls...bridges. When your looking at decor just remember to match it with your personality. Good luck fellow hobbyists.
Advice: Love your fish as if they were your children
Fish Kept: Koi, Fancy Goldfish, Blue Channel Catfish, Goldfish
Corals/Plants: Our Koi fish eats all our plants so we don't have live plants!
Tank Size: 55 gallons
About Yourself: My wife decided the best pet for our children would be fish & went out & bought a 29gallon tank, stand, etc. After we put it up & she picked the fish she lost intrest with her busy work schedule so being that they kinda grew on me my son's & I took over. It keeps me busy & as our Koi being the largest & eldest to our fish fam gets bigger I take pride into my work.
