About Yourself:
I started keeping freshwater fish in April 2008. I got into the hobby of fishkeeping mostly because the apartment in which I live does not allow dogs over 25 lbs. Seeing as how I don't like cats or mini-dogs (a.k.a., ankle-biters), fish seemed like the best alternative. Besides, they are quiet roommates.
Aside from my main tank, I also have two large fishbowls which house two male veiltail bettas--one blue, one cellophane.
