i have an adult, 4" female lifalili jewel in my american community tank. she regularly beats down an 8" male gt and a 7" male jd. inch for inch, they are one of the toughest cichlids fish avatar
That jewel's a dead man. When dempsey is adult size he'll kick that jewels over opiniated ass, fry or no fry. Mine ate an adult male kenyi the other week coz he was a bit grumpy. When he's really grumpy I lock the lid. fish avatar
