Description: THE FILTRATION I RUN (2)Emperor 400's (1)maxi-jet 1200 with polishing filter, that i use once a week for about an hour or two just to remove exess debris, waste. HEATING (2)Visi-Therm (300)watt LIGHTING orbit extreme 48in. (130) watts x4 Though i only use 1 bulb at the moment. SUBSTRATE 6O lbs. eco-complete (porus black gravel) DECORATIONS Limestone rock peices and driftwood.
Advice: My advice is the same as most peoples, read everything you can find on the care of the speices of fish you like ,investigate future tanks mates just the same. Buy the biggest tank you can afford.Because water perameters won't change so drastically in larger tanks. Also and most important do not over stock your tank with fish, unless you have a large sump filtation system or an expensive canister filter. This i just my opinion but it will save you in the long run as far your pump's filter media cost's.. HOPE THIS HELPS..
Fish Kept: german breed red peacock.
Corals/Plants: I have a few asst. swords and a few crypts on the left of which, i'm not sure the type. but should grow thin and curly, plus long. will update soon with some speices names.
