Zoanthids and Ricordias would be a good choice for adding a bunch of color to the tank

I am disagree at some points. I had 3 royal grammas previously, and only one of them was peaceful. The other two was so aggressive and territory I had to get rid of them. Basslets aren't as peaceful in practice as they're in the books IMO.

6 line wrasses doing great in a small tank. All you need is good water parameters, and strong current. I can't imagine my 6line being happier than he is right now...

I'm not sure that your 3 perculas will be happy if you introduce a gramma in there.
It's 50-50 I think. Royal grammas are beautiful species anyways, but they can be just as territory as a wrasse.
