Has anyone on this forum done research on their family tree? How far back have you gone? I'm thinking about doing this but I'm not sure where to start.

I'm also interested in getting a DNA test. I read about this recently where you can tell what percentage of ethnicities you're made up of. Kind of like doing a DNA test on a dog to see what breeds are in its line. It sounds fascinating. I don't know a lot about my family history so I'm very curious what a DNA test would reveal!
