Have any other hobbyists done this - started out with a big tank? I have a 125 gallon saltwater tank. It's my first tank, period. I'm loving being a fish owner so far, I've had my tank several months now and I'm now looking to add some more fish to my tank. I want to probably add some other inhabitants too. I only have fish right now. I realize this is probably unconventional, that most people start out with smaller tanks and probably start out with freshwater because freshwater is easier, but I've never been one to go the conventional route!
