we just purchased a flowerhorn fish, but we dont have a clue wat type it is and wheater its male or female? so could anyone help identify it pls?
also could this coexist with 4inc silver dollers and a 7inch severum?

flowerhorns are cichlids and if your tank is large enough you shouldnt have any trouble keeping them together, for telling you its gender i cant help you there. here is another cichlid of the same community-

Yea that fish has been selective bred way too much anymore to tell from what I've read and heard Idk. good luck with that one. One of the hardest thing to do is identify a cichlid with almost 2000 different species lol.

yes that is a convict cichlid bellow your flower horn and if it is a male. when it gets bigger it will give your flower horn a run for his money. they will figth.
