Unfortunately, electric yellows and peacocks get to big to keep in a 20 gallon. The only Cichlids I know of that can live comfortably in a 20 gallon are Kribensis and any of the shell dwelling species. Check them out, some of them are absolutely stunning.

Cichlid is a family of fish, they vary greatly in size between species. There are some species that can be kept in a 20 gallon (see the suggestions made earlier). Electric Yellow Labs can get to 8 inches, and are semi-aggressive, meaning they are territorial and need even more space then their size would suggest.

@tekneb- ohk tnx for the information friend.well i hav decided to buy electric yellow labs and electric white chichlids.. bt in some forum i read that ratio should be 3:1 female to male....so i have decided to buy 1 white female+2 yellow female nd 1 male yellow lab. is it ok??
