What is the meaning of Stunted & scavengers ?

Stunted is a term used to describe fish that have become small and misshapen as a result of being kept in to small of a tank while they were growing up. A scavenger is a fish or any other type of animal that only eats things that have already died. In other words scavengers don't hunt for prey, they just look for things that have already died to eat.
