BOUGHT NEW FILTER TANK TO CLOSE WALL
I JUST BOUGHT A NEW SKILTER 400 FOR 55 GALLON SETUP WHEN I WENT TO HOOK IT TO THE BACK OF THE TANK IT WOULD NOT FIT BECAUSE THE TANK IS TO CLOSE TO THE WALL MY SOLUTION IS TO MOVE THE TANK I WAS THINKING ABOUT PUTTING ALL THE WATER IN 5 GALLON BUCKETS MY QUESTION IS THE TANK IS STILL CYCLING WOULD THE WATER BE OK TO PUT BACK INTO THE TANK AFTER THE MOVE?

yes. Put the water back in.
I would siphon the water into some clean 13G - 20G plastic kitchen trash containers instead of 5G buckets.
DON'T TRY TO LIFT THE TRASH CONTAINER AND DUMP THE WATER BACK INTO YOUR TANK!
You might hurt your self. ;)
btw. IMO I think your Q is dumb.
It is only common sense that you would put the water back in.
