you need to aerate for longr then 10 min . i would go atleast 8 hours. i would stay away from tapwater conditoiner too , its just my opinion, distilled water is bad also,it is high in minnerels. dude if i where you i would get 2 buckets 1 for top off and 1 for waterchanges and yes a mini heater as well. salt water tanks are time consuming in this hobby its somthing you are going to have to deal with.

yes +a power heads out of my tank. in the summer time check out garage sales for air pumps / power heads.
