(Must hit reply to see photo--what's up with that?!)

Very nice first tank! Looks like you haven't put the fish in yet. What were you thinking of getting?

I like it. Yea, hit "reply" to see photo until it clears, which varies in time so be patient.

I'm partial to live plants and I like it. I'm seeing it grow in and the rock in the middle will be a coridor eventually. I like planted tanks to have a feeling of depth, and a pathway in the middle (or there abouts) does that nicely.

keep us up to date with it's progress.

Kind of hard to tell you if the tank size is ok for that many fish. You need to tell us what size it is??

I love the look of drift wood, especially in a planted tank. Boil it to get the tannins out to prevent it from staining your water. (The stain won't hurt your fish, by the way, and personally i like the look!). I'll let someone else comment on your stocking levels, because i'm having a hard time visualizing the size of your tank--do you know how many gallons or liters it is?
