i yous reef crystols it is about 20$ more a bucket (ya thats right i cant do water changes with bags i have to buy the buckets)then io but well worth it i have a nepthea that pimp has seen and the thing is amazing. io is more for fish olny tanks. and this is probly going to be something stupid to say but io and reef crystols are mad by the same compony. it is just a dirfent grade of salt.

Both are produced by Marineland, i have 4 buckets of Reef Crystals sitting in my office that i haven't tapped into yet. My Coral responded very well the last time i used it...
