I add a few drops of Kent Iodine to my system every day. I started this a few months ago and noticed a huge difference in my corals and anemone. They all colored up much nicer and the mushrooms, Ricordia Yuma's, and Rose Bubble tip. Even the frogspawn's color changed. I would recommend adding a little Iodine especially if you have inverts and corals. However, I have read that you need to watch out because you don't want to Overdose the tank. I would rather underdose than overdose.
