read a book or google it . glass anemones are scavengers they will filterfeed of nutrients they can grow very fast. reduce your nutrients. if you try to pull them scrape them they will multiply .

Da pimp is right...reduce your nutrients...however if you want some near term solution ...berghia nudibranch...small...tough....will eat those aiptasia down to the last tissue (glass anemones) slowly but surely...try berghia.net or ebay...quite expensive though...if you have a lot of aiptasia just culture the berghia first in a small tank to acclimate and increase in #. Buy egg laying berghia juveniles...btw...joe's juice, kalwasser...IMHO worthless...note that aiptasia even if you gauge them out with a probe will regenerate...into 2 or 3 more just like a regular horror monster movie.

listen to saltwaterpimp, be very carefull not to crush one, they will start popping up everywhere, if its not a reef use a lemon peel angel to gobble them up
