This is funny and wanted to share :-) I got a new fish the other day, I am almost positive it is a Labidochromis sp. "Hongi". Since he grew up in a local fish store with a lot of people around he is not skittish like the rest of my Africans. So, I am watching TV and look over and ALL my fish are following him! If he swam to one end they all followed in a neat row, if he went thru a cave, they all followed LMAO!

So I grabbed my camera and took some pics. Its mostly my Acei who stayed on his butt the whole time.

Oh, BTW, if their eyes look funny its cuz I had to Photo-shop them, they turned out white and was creepy looking LOL. Instead of red eye it was white eye.

The pics are kind of blurry, not near as good as I usually get, but that acrylic tank is very scratched up and hard to see in. Can't wait to get my final nice glass set-up!

I love my Acei. There are a lot brighter, prettier cichlids out there, but I watch them the most. They always hang out together, swim together and are the least shy :-) They are my favorites! In fact, going to pick up 2 more this weekend and EVERYONE cross your fingers one turns out to be a male!! The ones I am getting are still little at 2". My girls are a robust 5" now. But, they want to spawn so bad they spawn with each other, hold a couple days and them swallow because the eggs are not fertile. Poor girls!
