I bought a kit for 15 dollars......its made by San Fransisco Bay. You get a 2 liter bottle.....cut the bottom off. Turn it upside down and connect it to the base.......put the air line tubing in turn the pump on......fill it wil RO water and pour in the brine shrimp with a little salt. They hatch in about two days. Thats all you do.......seariously....It couldnt be easier. When they hatch.....you put a light source at the bottom of the bottle.......the top of the water is eggs and cysts......which you dont want......and at the bottom is your live shrimp. Suck them out with a turkey baster........and feed you tank. Its sweet!!! I highly reccomend it. Everything in my tank has gotton a LOT healthier.
