stocking question

by natalie265

I have a 30 gallon tank. Current inhabitants are 7 corys and 10 neon tetras. While i was at the LFS buying the neons i noticed a school of black neon tetras and fell in love. Ever since, i've been mulling over the possibility of adding a school of black neon tetras to my tank. I've always thought that UNDER stocked tanks looked better and more natural, and i definitely don't want to overdo it, but what do y'all think? 1) Would you add a school of black neon tetras and 2) What do you think is the smallest number of black neons i could add and still have them look good and be happy and healthy? 3) Will someone loan me some money to buy a bigger tank and solve my current dilemma?

I think you could add a nice school of them. They stay small and I know they get along with the neon's, because I had a group of both at one time. You have a nice sized tank and it will hold them just fine :-)
