Looks great boss! Admittedly I stressed the wrong point. Living in this 3rd floor apartment my girlfriend is already ready to gnaw my head off because we have 4 tanks and we dare not get any over 30 gals.
I got the itch for nanos at my last trip to the above mentioned LFS when I had too much time on my hands and actually looked at some of his nanos (most were 5-10gals with very little livestock). There was one in particular that was as pretty inside as it was out. Most of the nanos I've seen or looked at look like the one that fishboy pointed out above, which is great (I didn't notice that it actually had curved glass instead of acrylic before I read a bit more, I hate acrylic) =D
I really need to get a house. lol I was upfront with my craving to her yesterday and she gave me the smackdown. "NOT UNTIL WE GET A HOUSE OR YOU SELL WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE." :(
Anyway, thanks for the approaches on cost guys. I'm a bit more ease about that..and that nano from marinedepot is a steal...especially after noticing it was curved glass.. I have to put my thinking cap on to try and create some room, I'm sure I could wurm my way into getting something like that somehow...I'm thinking of pitching the whole, "I gotta learn by doing if I'm ever gonna own my own aquarium shop, baby." lol
Wow

What is that a sea monster in the front of your tank? The setup look good. I like the stand and your tank looks nice and clear. Has it always been like that or did the new filter system improve your water quality?

as far as corals go........... i'm affraid sabastian would destroy them, i have been doing alot of reading on them and plan on turning this tank into a nano coral tank, after i get the big rank set up and the crab moved into it - - i love dickheaders 10 gallon setup - - -if you've never seen it check it out, it's sick
gdeeber - - -yes i think this rapids filter has helped a lot but i'm also going over the one year mark on this setup, so i attribute alot of the quality to just being well maintained and well established FINALLY...........lol
