I dont think so, i havent found one. Im kinda curious too, i dont care about who voted me what just what the score was. I think the voting system is a little harsh, there are way too many nice tanks below the 5 marker. But thats just me.

It seems like you don't get rated well unless you have a tank that looks like a professional set it up for you.
