hurricane Ike tank

by tarpon

I live in Houston. Hurricane Ike hit my area hard. My 29 gallon biocube survived the storm! Used a live bait aerator for two days, and put a generator on it for the rest of the week. I just got my power back and everything survived! It can be done. And my wife and 4 kids are fine as well.

I'm glad everyone is ok, That's the important thing. I just spent 4 weeks in Houston putting powerlines back up. We worked 16hrs on and 8 hrs off, 7 days a week. I left my neighbor to care for my 210. She had no clue. Almost all dead. Overfed! Oh Well, Start again! The sad part is I'm having trouble getting paid after leaving my family and fish. They owe me almost 20,000. Good luck starting over, we've been through a few of those in South Fla. It gets easier as each day passes.
