I figured when "all" the parameters are right on the spot everything's in the tank brighter, cleaner and healthier.

That's why I try to be careful not to overdose. I have a few candycan, sun, favia moon coral, but mostly zoos and other small polyps and mushrooms. So far the SPS corals doesn't seem to care.

Well.. I used that product in my 75G and I noticed faster growing and better looking corals. ( not that I want fast growing stuffs in my nano:-) I've never have that kind of success with any other suppliments.

Being an impatient person myself, and always wanting to "help things along", I have added suplements like Lugols and even did the Prodibio protocol for a while. My corals have always been happiest with just basic maintenance and leaving the tank alone.

I read a lot about daily water changes and what finally convinced me was the stabilitly aspect. Tiny changes or additions daily, are much more subtle than larger changes once a week or every other week.
