Air bubbles in sand?

Air bubbles in sand?
I just vacummed my sand for the first time.....ever.....and now my sand has air bubbles in it.....they are just forming out of no where.......should I have not vacummed my sand?

Thank god! Every tank I have seen in person does not have these...........only tanks I have seen are at my LFS..........something to think about I guess. None of the sand there has any bubbles at all. Critter stirring it up?
