What's the deal with this site?
I don't get why people post pictures of saltwater fish under fresh water fish. And why coral tanks are under fresh tanks. Either people are just too dumb to know what they have...or the people that run this site can't figure out how to categorize. And, why is it that I see a tank that should be rated a 9 or a 10, but it's average is 5 something. I've worked for a tropical fish store and have done private tank cleaning for years. It bothers me to see a 90 gallon tank with the water 4 inches below the top get rated over a 55 that is perfectly done. I know everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion, but you've got to draw a line somewhere. I just wish that this site could be a lot more accurate.

Iv seen that a few times too....pics in the wrong category...the one that got me the most was a fully planted tank in the fw section rated amazingly...well yes it does look wonderful but it belongs in the planted tank category...how can anyone with fake plants compete with that?

not really on topic but a couple of times when I just post a picture it will have an average of like 6 or something and the next day will go down to like 2.50...

mine was just listed as being a saltwater fish tank, and then all the sudden it changed to a reef tank! How do I change this back?

I've emailed the webmaster about the ratings as well... the top rated freshwater fish has an average score in the hundreds... a score should average between 1 and 10... this is why the #1 spot is always taken by that miscalculation
