Carbation coral
Can anyone tell us if this coral must hang upside down? Can it be rooted to a hole in live rock? And is a blue electric hermit crab bad for a tank w/shrimp? thanks to all

not necessary, however, from what i have seen at fellow forummers tanks, they fare betterll if not under direct lightings.any slightly shaded area with good flows to bring it food is fine. they do require feeding. personally,i dun keep them but one of my friends is having some success using a mixture of food from Fauna Marine.
i used to have blue legged hermit crab in my tank with cleaner shrimps with no problems. gave it away when it started to knock my corals down.
