Thanks for your advice on live bearers! I will bear that in mind in future! I didn't really know what i was doing when I put them in traps! I think it was because they were getting eaten, I pannicked. I only have two left now! but I think some escaped when I did a water change! I am in the middle of setting up a breeding tank now so I won't have to worry eh??? Also I got my old tank back up and running! pics soon....... any ideas for plants for breeding tank (only the light in the room so it won't be too bright). Just want the plants so they feel a bit more at home!!!

I like having a big clump of Java moss for babies to hide in. This stuff grows under pretty low light conditions and you'll need to thin it out periodically because it grows so fast. Ambient light might be enough. I just let it float or I'll put a rock on it to weight it down.
