my new bulb anemone has been fine but it keeps wanting to go in a hole in the rock and when it does it pretty much stays mostly closed. When I move it out it opens up and looks normal again. Is this normal? Is it just trying to find a spot in the tank?
Also, my fire goby's eye is partially closed due to some white colored thing that is closing it? what is this? I will post pictures. You guys help is always appreciated.

It is normal for it to put it's foot in a hole or in between some rocks. Don't keep moving it.
Have you noticed how Aiptasia(glass anemone) is usually found in a hole in the rock? It feels secure there and makes it easier for it to retract into safety if it feels threatened. BTA's are the same way.
What kind of lighting do you have?
Anemones like BTA's are known to go behind or in between the rock until they get used to their new environment and especially the new lighting. Some will stay hidden for hours or days or even weeks.
Most BTA's also don't like being directly hit with alot of flow either.
No idea about the Goby without a picture.
