What do you do when your fish are very competitive at feeding time and you're not sure if they're all getting enough to eat? Some of my fish are faster or more aggressive eaters than the others. I don't know what would be the best approach here?

Can you feed them small amounts multiple times a day so that the more food aggressive fish can eat their fill and not be so excited come feeding time? Sometimes 1 meal a day doesn't work as well in a community tank for this reason.
