I am in the process of building in the coolest fish tank. It's 240 gallons, 8' long, 2' x 2'. Both of the ends are poking out different walls (i only have one finished). The main body is in my living room. That side is not complete but will have cabinets all around. I just want to add some more pictures I took of plumbing etc. I have hot and cold going to a float but I also ran a cold pipe in that I use to start my siphon which goes to a drain under the tank.

I just want to add a picture of the supports I added in the basement. This tank is 240 gallons so it weights over 1 ton and is on the main floor. So I added a 2' x 6' stud wall underneath with bottom piece made out of pressure treated wood.

this is one of a kind tank...superb!
