To me it looks like a hot mess, how many different plants do you have in there? Hide the thing up in the corner and the powerhead. Get some drift wood and make a center piece out of it. Hope I wasn't to harsh

It does look a little busy, and might look better if you kept similar plants bunched together. That said, i still like it, and it looks a lot better than many peoples very first planted tank. They aren't easy. Not sure about the dwarf hair grass. There are other small, foreground plants you could try if it doesn't work out.
