Thanks.
My skimmer seems to be putting out alot of microbubbles right now.
I've been fiddling with it but cannot get it to clear up.
I'm wondering if it is because the powerhead came off yesterday and I had to take
it out and rehook it up.
Maybe that's it.....things pop into mind for me.
Newbie....easy question

No new chemicals introduced
I just took the whole skimmer off and basically started again,
so I'm thinking that's it.
Today I got
6 narcissus snail
1 peppermint shrimp
1 feather duster
1 blenny
1 fish ( I cannot think of it's name, I'm very tired, it will come to me)
I will post pictures soon, My camera went dead.
I had the micro bubbles even before the new additions.
Thanks

That's a pretty big load there, be very careful.. Check your ammonia and nitrate levels often.
Are using the Remora designed for up to 75G? What size of a powerhead you have on it?

Yes that is the Remora C that I have with a Maxijet 1200.
And yes, I have been checking my levels daily and I will continue to do so.

OK,
Dont give up just yet:-) It isn't normal from Remoras. I mean the microbubbles. After a day or 2 ( max. aweek) thos ebubbles suppose to dissapear.. Did you leveled the skimmer? There's 2 screws on the bottom, try to level them.. Play with those screws a bit and see.
If your skimmers powerhead too close to your canisters outlet, it can cuz air turbulance, so that could be a bubble source also.

They are on opposite ends of the tank.
I think it has started clearing.
I think it was because I basically started over and yep I have leveled it.
All is well, so far, a tad bit more ammonia since I added fish, but the ammonia
before was non-existant, so I know that I should expect it to increase, just not to much.
