I have recently Bought a large Frontosa and i have a smaller frontosa as well and i was curious how can you tell the difference in male and female, because i was going to give a go at breeding. I am also curious if you can breed differnt types of frontosa or do you have to have all the same type in order to breed.
Thanks

male frontosa will have a large crown on their head or "lump" when they start to mature, a female will not have that, as far as i have experienced, a frontosa is a frontosa, and should be able to breed with out issue as long as the tank conditions meet the breeding reqs.
Good Luck
