I agree w/Tekneb. 52 gallons is sufficient for a few discus, but not ideal. Angels, on the other hand, would do great in that set up. They don't get quite as large.

I have 15 blue daimond discus 2" in size.
Should i put golden sand / rocks & plants in my 52G tank ? My tank is on cycle now frm last 9days wit 6 zebras.

You can put whatever you want in the tank, thats the beauty of owning your own :)
15 Discus holy cow! You know they get to like 10 inches when fully grown right? I would have hesitations about putting that many into a 150 gallon, let alone a 52. Where are you keeping them now?

read up on the requirements and caring for them fish and get a oversized filter . taller tanks dont circulate water around as easy.

They make kits that test for each of those. There are liquid test kits, which are more accurate, and paper strip kits, which are easier to use. Either kind can be ordered online.

what do you want to know about? testing during cycling your tank? what test readings are good/bad. get a all in one test strip... they will read all you need to know in one, or two test strips.
