Big community fish?
I'm looking for a big community fish that will live with neons tetras rainbows and a betta? I just can't wait for one of these to grow up lol. I want a couple big fish in here as I will be getting a bigger tank soon. Does anyone have any friendly suggestions?

Plecos aren't interesting to me sorry. I have a large black moore already in a 30 tank. The hybrid is cool but I was thinking about a discus. I've done a little research but I'm going to do more. Probably get one off craigslist on trade.

yea you're right. I'm not sure about the discus seems ppl have trouble keeping them alive. Since I have a general community I can have more tolerance in my water parameters, I'd feel bad killing such a beautiful expensive-ish fish. Idk yet I could say f it and try it out and hope, if he does die, it will be within the 48 hour window lol I'm so horrible.

Synodontis Zebra Hybrid isn't too expensive (about $15.00 each). Get about 2-4 of these cats, all should be fine. It is a very peaceful fish.
But I understand about buying a fish then losing it. I think we've all gone down this road regardless how many years one been in this hobby.
Just take your time, decide on the fish you want, then go for it. Good luck
