Going out of town for a week! Need help!

I am going out of town for a week andneed help on what to give myfish or what to do so I don't lose any when I'm gone! Thanx never been away from home long enough to have to worry about this situation so I need suggestions please!

Get a timer for lights.
get a timer for food
get someone to check on them every so often.
If a fish dies flush it. lol

Just leave the lights off, and have somebody feed them every couple of days, with a pre measured amount of food. My cichlids were fine for a week without food, but many smaller fish may suffer...

Edit: I looked at your stock, and as long as all your cichlids are at least 1" long, they will not need to be fed...
