I would put some pura lock phospahte remover and one mexican turbo snail they love hair algae, and give it some time. Also how old are your lamps and how old is you carbon? If your lights are more than 8 months old replace it, and if your carbon is more than a month old replace it, if your leave carbon in too long it can leach phosphate. Also your water should be ro/di water, tap water has alot of phosphate so does distilled water. WATER CHANGES 10% a week till your clear out the problem. And do not overfeed every other day seem to work for me.

What type of water are you using? building an army of snails and crabs doesn't resolve the problems it just masks it. you need to find the root of the problem. maybe the food your feeding, even if your feeding every other day if the food you buy has phosphate then it could be a problem. Also ther are some carbon that are chemically processed and contain phosphate. you need to find carbon that is heat processed {chemipure} is very good.

okey... Im using RO water from my LPS. I'm Feeding mysis shrimp, I cut them in fourth ( only two fish) and feed it once a day. I rince the food in the sink. The carbon I run is included in the filter pads. I really dont want to empty my filter and wait all theat carbon.

Seems like everthing your doing is right. The only thing i suggest is feeding every other day and adding phosphate remover to your filter. Also add 1 mexican turbo snail they do a really good job cleaning out the hair algae.
Good luck
