I was looking up info and I found this site www.grandaquatic.com This stunned me!! I cant belive people still tatoo fish, oh my Gosh. Another thing......THEY KEEP FISH IN GARBAGE BAGS!!!!

Yes, they tatoo fish like I sow a tatooed fish that had Cardanals Logo on it.Its cruel they tatoo the parrots even Discuss. THe fish have a shorter lifespan and It fades away after a month. Look up tatooed fish and tell me wat you see.

Yeah, they sedate the fish and then revive it a few minutes later. It doesnt kill the fish or stress them to the point of ich......but obviously that would be like me tatooing a 5 year old. Sure........it can be done..........but is it really a good idea?

Most people on these sites are VERY against tattooing fish. Many of the fish die in the process as it requires using toxic substances..

Yes, THey have a shot and injet it in it is organ in to its blood cells then with are carried of to it pores. I am very against it VERY.

I am against it. I didnt exactly state that before. none of us should promote it. My lfs bought a few, and I asked him what the hell he was thinking. He said he only ordered them for a customer thats paying really big money. I told him he should stick by his morals, screw the customer. But I guess he has a family to feed just like most people.

Yea. Such is life. I raise little tipapia when one of my adults spits out a bunch of fry.

When they get bigger I usually feed them to my gars.

My gars need to be able to kill at least some of it's food.

Our fish are pretty lucky to live a couple years if you think of how many die allong the chain of production in the idustry.

in all honesy, that should b cruelty to animals n they should b fined, but hey farmers can burn the h311 out of thier live stock n thats ok ,plus my ferrets have lil tattoos on there ears to show there descented,i say we start branding farmers n see if they like it,but yes tattoing fish should b illegal
