they are bout half inch long red and white. bad or good?

depends on whom you ask, some people like them some dont... from what i hear the little ones arent a big deal, but if you look on youtube, bristleworms, they can get pretty big and it makes alot of ppl want to get rid of them. a few types of fish eat them and im sure some kind of inverts would too but idk what ones
