i was looking at the coralife turbo-twist uv steralizer and in the diagram they show it pulling water from the sump and bringing it back up to the tank without a seperate pump, does the turbo-twist have the ability to do this? or will i need a return pump regardless?

you will need a pump for the turbo twist.
