live rock
i just bought a 2lb piece of live rock form my lfs. two add to my other rock. I brougt it home and notice a red little thing growing off it and some other things growing on it just wondering what it could be

provide pics or better detail, theres too many thigns that can grow on live rock to just describe..... for example a polyp coral jus started growing on my live rock, out of nowhere

It could be alot of things. Red Coralline algae, red macro algae, polyps, slime algae. Hard to say without a discription and pics. It's pretty neat what comes on live rock. You'll find feather dusters, star fish, snails, copepods and various other life forms.

RMFT you suck balls for letting the pic addition to be out of service this long. oh and to that knob that told me ITS NOT A HIGH PRIORITY TO HAVE A PICTURE POST AVAILABLE, whats ur opinion now, at least 5 reasons since that stupid post were people required the service
