14 g nano

so my buddy is sellin me his 14g biocube and thinking of going salt with it .......would would be my options on a tank this small?

would 14 g be bigh enough for a clown though?

for one clown ..............get him small...........but yes he will probably out grow the tank eventually

i think live rock and some damsels would be a cool tank ..........lil domino's or 3 stripes.............and that would be a cheap set up too

i am gett the tank for a steal.......like $75 for the whole thing, extra lights all the chem and stuff too

have you ever ventured into marine before?? small tanks are hard to keep stable, not trying to dampen ur excitement, just be aware, that they can slide down hill in just hours.
but otherwise welcome to the jungle.

nope never ventured into marine before, but i know the dedication and time that it takes to have a good healthy aquaruim.... so i think i i will be able to handle it

that's good. its good to here u are prepared. ask some advise from others with smaller tanks. but in my opinion water changes weekly are a must.

yeah i have no problem with that i do 25% every 3rd day on my 55gal planted....so i dont that that that should be an issue

i didnt know you didn't have a salt tank already .........i would definatley suggest a couple nice pieces of rock and after she cycles a few damsels............after a few months and you have the hang of water testing and Maint. on a salt system you've got a perfect coral tank

welcome to the salt side man ...its more adictive than crack .......lol
