way too many bubbles and it fills my collection cup in the matter of 30 secs help me out

Have you moded the skimmer ? do you have the riser tube all the way down ?

no i have not modded it and yes it is all the way down

Have you tried opening your valve a little more? Also, have you treated your tank with chemi-clean Red Slime remover? Have you tried putting some live rock or raising the skimmer a few inches off the bottom? I had a similar problem when I bought a new refugium and I put a few pounds of LR underneath it and haven't had any problems since.
