yeah about the best HQI or MH i've found of any quality are averageing right at a 1.00 a watt - - - -

its brand new. the only drawback is that it isnt a name brand. there is an exchange policy with the company though. and ive bought from them before, my power comapct, and im 100% satisfied. so yeah...i think ima go with it...in two weeks when i get enough money

actually...theres a fixture for ten dollars more, only 716 watts, 2 250watt metal halides, and instead of power compacts, its T5 HO's. better or nah?
