haha i like your thinking swp Those things are insane to try to find. softies grow so much faster than motipora and acros......they arent as expensive and they are easier to care for.......PLUS they are more colorfull. So why do a hard coral tank.......besides the fact that even when they are closed they look open.....ha!

true true.....but you can also have an amazing tank with just softies for sure. and it will lower the demands on light..... bio load....... flow.... and additives. making it a little cheeper........but not much more.
