awsome architecture, minimalist decor and then a complete natural habitat rght in the middle of it..................crazy
i don't thing that willt fit through a standard door though Pete, lol
have you thought about a seemed tank?
metal angle iron {powdercoated for protection} and then the pieces of glass/ acrylic are sandwiched into the agles and held in by bolting the seems together - - -like a sandwich................you would have to encorperate the steel into your decor, but the tank would be totally moveable at any time.......just drain it, unbolt averything and move it in pieces.....
not a cheap system ...but wow...it would be awsome .....ive been talking to my welder, who does a lot of custom work for people and he wants to try something one of these days, we're even looking at cathodic protection via impressed current to protect metal in a salt environment, so you could feesably have a "shipwreck" reef

Well, I was thinking of a tank that is wide enough to just fit through the doors in my place made mostly of plywood to cut costs. It just needs to be a bit wider than my current 100 gallon which is only 15.5 inches wide. This will give me some time to be able to either rent a bigger place or buy a home.
It's the style of Amano's tank that I like with all the anubias and java fern growing on wood and rocks.
The eel is still alive and I'll be going out soon to get food for it.

Well, he recovered. I'm not sure if I want to call it pheonix. maybe Bongo, trash can, pumper. I'm bad at finding names. I just don't like pheonix. I should probably find it a friend so it's not a lonely eel.

i'm here... just been really busy with work...
the good news is that i'm stretching my ears right now and i'm in excruciating pain... alot of pain is throbbing thru both ear lobes as they've been slowly stretched and almost torn apart just to make the whole 1/8th of an inch bigger... damn... you don't know how much this hurts...
