Probably the same place. It was a river paradise a few weeks ago and I had sex with the GF on the rocks in the sun with water rapids all around us. Now it's a death trap for these fish, some kind of bass or something. I was surprised they were still alive as there was about an inch of water and these fish were still gasping. The tad polls at least were growing legs and many were able to walk on dry land, but I don't know if they would need water to hydrate eventually.

i got some tadpoles home one time from there... they grew into some bad ass tree frogs... very nice looking and loud frogs...
there's alot of blue gills up in that river... alot of carp too... when it's full and they open all of the channels, the same fish go down whittier springs and the whittier dam and straight down the river bed that is behind my house... pretty cool...

Gumbii,
what color are koi when they are fry? - -my step father put about 5 regular feeder gold fish that are now about 7 inches long and 6 koi about the same length in our pond because they out grew the water feature i built for them and now there is about 200 1-2 inch kinda dark colored babys swimmin around in there with maybe 10 of em obviously marked like koi but the rest are rather bland looking
will they eventually change as they mature or do we probably have a shit load of feeders, lol

Snowboss said "well not to sound harsh............but from what i understand, those that want to really die ................do, those that really want help and don't know how or are incapable of asking for it ............don't succeed at these attempts. "
Actually, this isn't true. Many people "succeed" at killing themselves because they are clinically depressed, which is primarily due to a chemical imbalance. Most of these people lose the desire to die altogether when *properly* treated. These people don't really want to die, but depression can fool a person's mind. Nearly all suicides are clinically depressed. Many of these people do want help, but believe that they are beyond help, are too depressed to seek it (and fight insurance companies), receive inadequate help, or don't pursue help because of the stigma.
There are also many people who "accidentally" kill themselves when experimenting with the idea. People who say "If I wanted to die I'd have the balls to just blow my head off." are naive, or at least uninformed. (Not saying Boss said that, just going off...LOL)

blah blah blah...
boss... it depends on the genetics of the parents... i have some goldfish that thier fry come out completely black... but that's because they are chinese and they are still closer to carp... the goldfish come out black as a defense mechanism... they're harder to see in the water...
i have some premium japanese koi that are born esacly how they are going to look... so culling them out is alot easier...
but usually they are born see thru like every other fish... then they start turning white, or whatever... hmm... they are 1-2inches allready... they should have colored up allready... maybe you're going to have a bunch of chagoi koi...
