am i reading this right???

i found these fixtures in this months petsolutions mag.................maybe i'm not understand this, are they for the look of metal halide lighting or will they work as a replacement for my power compacts? i have a 20 long and its pretty shallow so heat is a constant issue for me.......if these LED's will do the same thing as a 10k power compact i think i'd like to upbrade to them

plus i built a custom hood and these are much smaller fixtures and i could add more if needed and slimm doen the hood as well

whats everyone think??

you PHAILED at the fail/aids technique...

anyways... there are a bunch of peeps on www.reefcentrail.com forum that do thier own led setups... pretty cool for nano or pico tanks... but i wouldn't know about how they will size up against MH or PC lighting...
